Summary
Allows a beauty culture salon (salon) to serve complimentary wine or beer by the glass to a customer on the premises without an alcoholic beverage permit. Allows a minor to be present in the salon. Allows a grocery store or drug store to deliver carryout alcoholic beverages to a customer in the store's parking lot or an adjacent area.
