Summary
Requires an owner of a self-service storage facility to implement adequate security measures to prevent the theft of a renter's personal property that is stored in a rented space at the owner's self-service storage facility. Provides that an owner of a self-service storage facility who engages in false, deceptive, or misleading advertising relating to security measures implemented or not implemented at the owner's self-service storage facility, commits a deceptive act.
