Summary
Makes the penalty for battery committed by a law enforcement officer acting within the scope of the officer's duty the same level as battery committed on a law enforcement officer. Makes murder committed by a law enforcement officer acting within the scope of the officer's duty an aggravating circumstance permitting imposition of the death penalty.
