Summary

Establishes the microenterprise fund, which shall be administered by the Indiana economic development corporation (corporation). Provides that the corporation may provide a microloan to a business that qualifies as a microenterprise. Provides that the corporation may enter into contracts necessary for the administration of the microenterprise fund. Makes an allocation.
