Summary

Requires the division of disability and rehabilitative services (division) to: (1) semiannually issue a report to the general assembly and the services for individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities task force on the progress of the division's and office of the secretary of family and social services' efforts to restructure and implement the new or revised family supports Medicaid waiver and community integration habilitation Medicaid waiver; and (2) issue a final report when the restructuring and implementation is complete.
