Summary
Provides that the salary of a member of the general assembly for an ensuing calendar year is the lesser of: (1) 18% of the annual salary of a judge, as adjusted by law; or (2) the salary paid for the current calendar year multiplied by the quotient of the state average wage for the previous calendar year divided by the state average wage for the calendar year immediately proceeding the previous calendar year. Makes technical corrections and removes obsolete provisions.
