Summary
Requires that the person in charge of interment shall secure information for preparation of the certificate of death from the person best qualified to give the information regarding whether the deceased was, at the time of death, in the custody or under the administrative control of any governmental agency or person working on behalf of a governmental agency. Requires that the local health officer make a permanent record of the information.
