Summary

Propose to amend Sections 71 and 82 of the Constitution of Kentucky to establish limits on the number of terms for the offices of Governor and Lieutenant Governor to a maximum of 2 terms and a total of 8 years served in office; provide that an individual is ineligible as Lieutenant Governor if he or she is ineligible to become Governor; provide ballot language; submit to voters for ratification or rejection.
