Summary
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 158 to require the Kentucky Department of Education to develop Type 1 diabetes informational materials for parents and guardians of students; require each local board of education and public charter school board of directors to annually provide the informational materials to the parent or guardian of students in preschool through twelfth grade.
