Summary
The bill expands Colorado's alcohol licensing rules to allow licensed distillery pubs, in addition to other alcohol manufacturers, to permit another licensee to manufacture and store alcohol beverages on their premises. The bill allows all types of alcohol—vinous liquors, malt liquors, and spirituous liquors—to be manufactured and stored on one licensee's premises on behalf of another licensee if the alternate premises are adjacent to the other licensee's location. However, alcohol beverages cannot be sold at retail from these alternating premises licensed locations.
