Summary
Provides that a special license plate may be issued to former members of the general assembly who served: (1) for a former member of the house of representatives, not less than five terms; (2) for a former member of the senate, not less than three terms; and (3) for an individual who served in both the house of representatives and the senate, for a total of not less than 12 years.
