Summary
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 39A to define terms; the residential safe room rebate program; establish the residential safe room rebate fund to provide rebates to residents of this state for the construction or installation of a residential safe room; establish an application process by which the Division of Emergency Management awards rebates; require the division to promulgate administrative regulations; require the division to report annually to the Legislative Research Commission about the residential safe room rebate program.
