Summary
Amend KRS 12.020 to add the Division of Compliance and the Division of Sports Wagering to the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission; remove compliance from the duties of the Division of Pari-Mutuel Wagering; amend KRS 12.252 to make a technical correction.
