Summary
Requires a public agency that operates a public website data base containing the names and addresses of property owners to establish a procedure to permit certain individuals to restrict disclosure to the general public of the individual's home address. (Under current law, this requirement applies only to certain political subdivisions.) Provides that such a data base includes geographic information systems (GIS). Repeals superseded statutes.
