Summary
Declare that the impeachment power of the General Assembly is inviolate; declare that the Supreme Court of Kentucky has no authority to impede the power of impeachment vested in the General Assembly; declare that the April 6, 2026 order of the Supreme Court of Kentucky is void as it violates Section 110 of the Constitution of Kentucky; declare that the General Assembly has the sole authority to determine what actions constitute a misdemeanor in office warranting impeachment; declare that the General Assembly has the sole authority to tax costs, attorney's fees, or other expenses in any impeachment proceeding.
