Summary
Provides that, to obtain a learner's permit, an individual who is less than 18 years of age must provide the bureau of motor vehicles with an emergency contact person who is not the holder of the learner's permit to be listed in the Indiana emergency contact data base for the individual who holds the learner's permit.
