Summary
Requires every utility corporation or municipality who sends an emergency notice to customers to make available and provide such notice in English, Spanish, Haitian-Creole, Mandarin, Cantonese, Arabic, French, Urdu, Russian, Yiddish, Korean, Bangla, Polish, Italian, Hindi and Tagalog.
