Amend 2021 Kentucky Acts Chapter 171, Section 3, to appropriate Federal Funds from the Coronavirus Capital Projects Fund of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 in the amount of $127,000,000 and Federal Funds from the State Fiscal Recovery Fund of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 in the amount of $123,000,000 in fiscal year 2021-2022 to the broadband deployment fund; repeal 2021 Kentucky Acts Chapter 194, Section 17; APPROPRIATION; EMERGENCY.
