Summary
Makes it a Class C infraction to sell, purchase, or use a consumer firework that in its operation: (1) mimics; (2) resembles; or (3) otherwise imitates; the noise level or visual display of a special firework. Specifies that a consumer firework that produces a noise level that exceeds 112 decibels meets this description. Elevates the offense to a Class A misdemeanor in certain circumstances.
