Summary
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 510 to provide that it is unlawful to travel into the Commonwealth with the intent to engage in specified sexual offenses; provide that a person shall not be convicted of this offense and specified inchoate offenses for a single course of conduct; provide that a violation is a Class D felony.
