Summary
Create a task force to examine the healthcare worker shortage and study methods for increasing and retaining the healthcare workforce; require task force to create a report on its findings; require membership to be set by LRC, with four members from each chamber, of which three will be from the majority party and one from the minority party; require co-chairs to be appointed by LRC, one from each chamber.
