Summary

Provides a deduction from adjusted gross income for any premiums paid during a taxable year for a long term care insurance policy purchased in a state other than Indiana that is considered to have reciprocity with Indiana under an Indiana long term care insurance program. Provides a deduction from adjusted gross income for any premiums paid during a taxable year for a qualified long term care insurance policy under the Indiana long term care insurance partnership program.
