Summary

Amend KRS 431.510 to define "bail bondsman" and "charitable bail organization"; prohibit any charitable bail organization from posting bail or bond for any offense that is not a misdemeanor; limit any bail posted to no more than $2,000; prohibit any charitable bail organization from posting bail or bond for any offense of domestic violence.
