Summary
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 164 to establish the Imagination Library of Kentucky Program; direct the Collaborative Center for Literacy Development to administer the program; require the program to contribute matching funds, if available, required of local programs participating in Dolly Parton's Imagination Library; establish duties of the state program; establish the Imagination Library of Kentucky Program trust fund; provide the fund shall be administered by the Council on Postsecondary Education; APPROPRIATION.
