Pam Straughan of Jackson County is appointed to the Southwestern Community College Board of Trustees for a term expiring June 30, 2030." and on page 9, lines 8-9, by inserting the following between those lines: "SECTION 2.98. James C. Burnette of Rockingham County is appointed to the Rockingham Community College Board of Trustees for a term expiring June 30, 2030.".
