Authorizing the House of Representatives and the Senate to recess for a period of more than three days; requiring the House of Representatives and the Senate to convene on at least one additional calendar day on or before October 12, 2021, during the Fourth Special Session; and authorizing the presiding officers to convene their respective bodies as needed during the Fourth Special Session of the Thirty-Second Alaska State Legislature.
