Summary
Establishes the criminal justice study committee (committee) to conduct a multiyear, comprehensive study of the criminal justice system. Establishes the criminal justice reform commission (commission). Provides for the: (1) membership; (2) membership terms; (3) appointing authorities; (4) quorum requirements; (5) reporting requirements; (6) member per diems; and (7) study topics; for the commission.
