Appropriate $3,250,000 in fiscal years 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 to the Department of Revenue for the development of an online tangible personal property tax filing system; require expenditures to conform to KRS 45.750 to 45.818 and applicable provisions of the State/Executive Branch Budget; establish requirements for the system; APPROPRIATION; EMERGENCY.
