Summary
Defines "domestic relations action" as a civil action between adult parties sharing a defined relationship, including a family or sexual relationship. Establishes a procedure to allow a court to: (1) dismiss a domestic relations action brought in bad faith; and (2) impose sanctions against a plaintiff who brings a domestic relations action in bad faith, including a bar on filing a new domestic relations action without the prior permission of the court.
