Summary

Requires the office of Medicaid policy and planning to annually calculate the annual index factor for reimbursement of aged and disabled waiver assisted living providers and specifies the manner in which to make the calculation. Requires the annual index factor to be posted on the office's Internet web site. Requires the new payment rates to be implemented before July 1 of each year.
