Summary

Defines "data steward". Requires the bureau of motor vehicles (bureau) to disclose certain personal information that is not highly restricted personal information if the bureau has obtained the written consent of the person to whom the personal information pertains, and the person requesting the information provides proof of identity and represents that the use of the personal information will be strictly limited. Requires the bureau to designate a data steward to oversee strategic and tactical data management for personal information collected and retained by the bureau. Makes conforming changes.
