Environmental protection: solid waste; section concerning statement of reasons for denial of permit, or license cease and desist orders, and suspension or revocation of permit or license; repeal in NREPA part 115. Amends sec. 11550 of 1994 PA 451 (MCL 324.11550) & repeals sec. 11519 of 1994 PA 451 (MCL 324.11519).
