Summary

Appropriates $5,075,665 from the state general fund to the department of administration for the total operating expense of the Columbus Learning Center lease payment for each year of the budget biennium. Provides that the budget agency may amend or renew the initial sublease for an additional period of not more than 10 years, provided that the sublease supports the operations, maintenance, and facility reserve funds for the Columbus Learning Center.
