Summary
Provides that a bona fide charitable organization may accept payment by credit card for the purchase of a chance to enter a raffle, and the credit card payment may be made on the Internet. Provides that an administrative rule that prohibits a charitable organization from conducting an allowable activity on or through the Internet is void. Directs the publisher of the Indiana Administrative Code and Indiana Register to remove that provision from the Indiana Administrative Code.
