AN ACT to amend the judiciary law, in relation to requiring adjournment information to be posted on the New York state courts electronic filing website
The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows:
1 Section 1. Subdivision 2 of section 212 of the judiciary law is 2 amended by adding a new paragraph (gg) to read as follows: 3 (gg) Adopt rules to require the transmission and posting of all 4 adjournments on the New York state courts electronic filing website. 5 § 2. This act shall take effect on the thirtieth day after it shall 6 have become a law.
