Summary
Provides that the holder of certain permits to sell alcohol in certain restaurants who has an interest in a production facility permit for a brewery, farm winery, or artisan distillery that is located on or adjacent to the premises of the restaurant may: (1) sell certain carryout beer, wine, or spirits that are manufactured at the production facility; and (2) allow a minor to participate in a nondrinking tour of the production facility. Provides that a minor may be present on a tour of certain production facilities.
