Summary
Provides that a voting system must include the following: (1) Votes stored as a whole number, without the use of decimals or fractions. (2) Vote tabulation allowing for a ratio of one person to one vote. (3) No weighted vote features. Provides that a voting system using an automatic tabulating machine may be tabulated only within Indiana. Provides that the results from a voting system must be published to the public before any results are transmitted outside of Indiana.
