Summary
Requires the office of the secretary of family and social services to, subject to federal approval, provide Medicaid reimbursement for certified medical interpretation services for Medicaid recipients who have limited English proficiency when receiving Medicaid covered services from a Medicaid provider. Requires the establishment of a community advisory committee.
