Summary
Provides that to the extent permitted by federal law and regulations, the expenditure of federal economic stimulus fund money and American Rescue Plan Act money is subject to the provisions of the statute relating to providing contracting opportunities for minority business enterprises, women's business enterprises, and veteran owned small businesses. Updates a reference to federal statutes and regulations in the business enterprise statute.
