Summary
This bill will be an updated version of the Uniform Accountancy Act. The bill removes reference to Substantial Equivalency and allows for an alternative pathway to licensure for Automatic Mobility and the ability to work across state lines. This bill makes technical corrections to conform existing law to the standards of the Delaware Legislative Drafting Manual.
