Summary
Beginning in 2026, modifies the criteria for appointment to the board of the Indiana economic development corporation (board) to require that certain members appointed by the governor must reside in separate Indiana congressional districts but preserves the provision that permits the governor to appoint not more than three additional members to the board without regard to the congressional district residency requirement added by the bill. Makes corresponding changes.
