Summary

This joint resolution uses the Congressional Review Act to disapprove a rule issued by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. The disapproved rule rescinded principles for climate-related financial risk management that applied to large financial institutions. If passed, the resolution would prevent the rescission from taking effect, meaning the climate-related financial risk principles would remain in place for large banks.
