Mr. Murphy introduced the following bill; which was read twice and referred to the Committee on the Judiciary
A BILL
To prohibit immigration enforcement actions at children’s playgrounds.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. RESTRICTION OF IMMIGRATION ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS AT CHILDREN’S PLAYGROUNDS.
No agent, officer, or employee of the Department of Homeland Security, nor any person acting under the authority of such agent, officer, or employee, may conduct any immigration enforcement action at a children’s playground. <all>
