Summary

This bill would nullify three Department of State rules issued on January 27, 2026 that addressed life protection, equity ideology, and gender ideology in foreign assistance. The measure prohibits federal agencies from implementing, enforcing, or administering these rules, and prevents them from proposing any successor or substantially similar rules. The nullified rules would be retroactively treated as if they had never taken effect.
