A BILL

To make appropriations for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the “10 Years of ICE Funding Act”.

SEC. 2. U.S. IMMIGRATION AND CUSTOMS ENFORCEMENT.

(a) Operations and Support.—For necessary expenses of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement for operations and support, including for the purchase and lease of up to 3,790 police-type vehicles (of which 2,350 vehicles shall be replacement vehicles only), for overseas vetted units, and for maintenance, minor construction, and minor leasehold improvements at owned and leased facilities, $100,363,620,000.

(b) Procurement, Construction, and Improvements.—For necessary expenses of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement for procurement, construction, and improvements, including acquisition of necessary additional real property and facilities, construction and ongoing maintenance, facility improvements, equipment, and related expenses, $5,000,000,000.

(c) Availability.—Amounts appropriated under subsections (a) and

(b) shall remain available until September 30, 2036.

(d) Rule of Construction.—Amounts appropriated under subsections

(a) and (b) shall remain available for obligation notwithstanding section 501 of the Department of Homeland Security Appropriations Act, 2026, or any other provision of law limiting the period of availability of such amounts. Calendar No. 368
