Summary

This bill exempts articles imported from Israel and Ukraine from reciprocal tariffs imposed under a presidential executive order that regulates imports to address U.S. trade deficits. Products from these two countries would not be subject to the tariff duties that apply to imports from other nations under the executive order. The exemption provides preferential trade treatment for allies Israel and Ukraine.
