HRES 354 Passed House Re-checks Congress.gov for new actions and updates the bill's status, and fills in any sponsors, committees, or related bills that are missing. It does not re-pull sponsors/cosponsors/committees/related — those rarely change — and it skips all work if nothing has changed upstream, so it's cheap to click.

Summary
This resolution establishes procedures for the House to consider five joint resolutions that would reject federal agency rules through the Congressional Review Act process. The joint resolutions target rules from the National Park Service regarding motor vehicle use at Glen Canyon, the Fish and Wildlife Service regarding endangered species status for the Longfin Smelt, and the Environmental Protection Agency regarding California vehicle emissions and pollution control standards. The resolution waives procedural objections to consideration and specifies one hour of debate on each joint resolution, equally divided between the majority and minority parties. The resolution assigns oversight of the natural resources matters to the Committee on Natural Resources and the EPA matters to the Committee on Energy and Commerce. The rules also provide that certain days between April 29 and September 30, 2025 will not count as legislative days for purposes of the Congressional Review Act.
