RESOLUTION

Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that the United States seeks to restore peace in Ukraine.

Whereas the United States has defined its mission in Ukraine as restoring peace between Ukraine and Russia; Whereas the United States seeks to contain the war rather escalate or expand the war; and Whereas the parties to the war have repeatedly rejected American efforts to restore peace: Now, therefore, be it Resolved, That the House of Representatives expresses—

(A) the United States should not expend any more money, resources, or manpower participating in the Russia-Ukraine War;

(B) all military advisors, intelligence assets, and involved government personnel should withdraw from participation in the war;

(C) the United States Government should put America first and secure our own borders instead of those of far-off countries; and

(D) the United States should cease all intelligence sharing with the Ukrainian Government, as well as all involved European intelligence agencies that leak shared United States intelligence in contravention of this resolution. <all>
