RESOLUTION

Of inquiry requesting the President transmit certain documents in his possession to the House of Representatives relating to the security clearances held by Elon Musk, members of the United States Department of Government Efficiency Service, and any other individual considered to be a member of the DOGE team.

Resolved, That the President is requested to transmit, to the extent that such documents are in the possession of the President, to the House of Representatives, not later than 14 days after the adoption of this resolution, in complete and unredacted form, a copy of any and all documents and communications related to the vetting of, background investigations of, and security clearance held by individuals employed by, contracted with, or otherwise working with, in an official or unofficial capacity, the United States DOGE Service (commonly referred to as the “Department of Government Efficiency” or “DOGE”) or any DOGE agency team, including—

(1) Elon Musk;

(2) Akash Bobba;

(3) Edward Coristine;

(4) Ethan Shaotran;

(5) Luke Farritor;

(6) Gautier Cole Killian; and

(7) Gavin Kliger. <all>
