Mr. Wied (for himself, Ms. Van Duyne, and Mr. Ellzey) introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Small Business

A BILL

To require the Administrator of the Small Business Administration to maintain a website for small business concerns relating to onshoring manufacturing capacity, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the “Reshoring American Manufacturing Act of 2026” or the “RAM Act”.

SEC. 2. INFORMATION AND RESOURCES FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS RELATING TO ONSHORING MANUFACTURING CAPACITY.

(a) Website Required.—Not later than 60 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Administrator of the Small Business Administration, acting through the Office of Manufacturing and Trade of the Administration, shall establish and maintain a website containing a list of resources and information for small business concerns (as defined under section 3 of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 632)) relating to onshoring to the United States part or all of the manufacturing capacity of such concerns.

(b) Contents.—The resources and information included on the website required by subsection (a) shall include—

(1) contact information for general inquiries, relevant offices of the Small Business Administration, and any partner organizations; and

(2) other information, as determined appropriate by the Assistant Administrator for the Office of Manufacturing and Trade of the Administration.

(c) Updates.—Annually, the head of the Office of Manufacturing and Trade shall seek input from the Chief Counsel for Advocacy of the Office of Advocacy of the Small Business Administration for improvements to the website and updates to the information and resources included on such website. <all>
